On December 29, the completion and opening activity of GAC Aisin Automatic Transmission Co., Ltd. and the Second Factory of Guangzhou Qisheng Power Assembly Co., Ltd. was held in the GAC Intelligent and Connected New Energy Automobile Industrial Park. The completion and opening of the two projects have further improved the intelligent manufacturing system and supply chain system of GAC Motor, and provided robust power and reliable guarantee for GAC's proprietary brand business development.

The project of GAC Aisin Automatic Transmission, being the first automatic transmission joint venture of Guangzhou City, is jointly established by GAC Motor and Aisin AW Co., Ltd. of Japan. Its construction was started at the end of May 2019. The factory covers an area of 133,000 m², and records a total investment of around 2.31 billion yuan. It has been persisting in the business philosophy of "quality first", and has been committed to becoming the first professional transmission manufacturer in China, which makes staff satisfied, touches customers and is socially beloved.

The Second Factory of Guangzhou Qisheng Power Assembly Co., Ltd., located in Guangzhou Panyu Intelligent New Energy Industrial Park, covers an area of 84,000 m², and measures 38,000 m² in total floorage. It currently possesses five automatic unmanned processing lines of cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, crankshafts and camshafts and one motor assembly line, which enables an annual capacity of mass production of 200,000 vehicles of 1.5TM, 1.0TGDI, 2.0TM and 1.5TG models and so on.
