On October 8, 2021, GAC Group held the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and the first meeting of the sixth Board of Directors in 2021. The extraordinary general meeting of shareholders passed by voting the Motion on the Election of the Sixth Board of Directors. Zeng Qinghong was elected as the chairman of the sixth Board of directors, and Feng Xingya was reappointed as the president (professional manager) of the company, with the same tenure as this session of the Board of Directors.
