On November 19, 2021, GAC Group, together with its GAC Motor, GAC AION, released the specific objectives and measures of GAC GLASS program at the 19th Guangzhou International Auto Show. GAC Group will achieve carbon neutrality of the product's full life cycle before 2050 (stretch goal: 2045), and build GAC AION as the Group's first zero carbon factory in 2023.Meanwhile, the sales of independent brand-new energy vehicle will account for 50% by 2025, and the sales of new energy vehicle will account for 50% by 2030; GAC Motor will achieve standard hybrid configuration by 2025, and sales of hybrid vehicle at 60% by 2030. To facilitate charging convenience, GAC Group will advance "2⁶ energy action" based on the superfast charging technology and battery exchange technology, ensuring that the battery can be bought, rented, charged slowly or quickly, replaced, have variable capacity and mileage, recycled and used in steps. Besides, GAC Group also released the intelligent electric concept coupe TIME and new momentum pioneer concept vehicle EMKOO. Under the background of "peak emission" and "carbon neutrality", GAC Group will attach parallel importance to the development of "intelligence +electrification" and "Intelligence +hybridization".
