On July 12, GAC Group held the 21st meeting of the 5th board of directors and adopted The Motion on Reform Plan of Organization Structure. With the new   structure, it will set up Vehicle Business Unit, Parts& Components Business Unit, Commercial Business Unit, Financial Business Unit and Data Information Business Unit. It also adjusts and optimizes some of the original departments and functions to further strengthen and upgrade the function of headquarter structure. The reform plan will be formally implemented on August 1.
